Mike Hughes

Mike Hughes is the Director of Batching and Warehouse at Innovative Labs since January 2021. Prior to this, Mike worked as a Warehouse Manager at INNOVATIVE FLEXPAK from March 2020 to December 2020 and as a Regulatory/Quality Supply Chain Manager at INNOVATIVE FLEXPAK, LLC from April 2019 to March 2020. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Utah Valley University, Mike has a wealth of experience in various roles such as Demand Analyst II, International Operations Analyst II, Group Leader II Shipping, Customer Service Representative, and Sr. Order Sales Rep at Nature's Sunshine Products from September 1997 to March 2019. Mike completed their high school education at Spanish Fork High School from 1990 to 1993.
