Andy Hartman

Andy Hartman has over two decades of work experience in various roles and industries. Andy began their career in 1996 as an Implementation Engineer at MCI. Andy then worked as an Implementation Manager and Engineer at Rhythms NetConnections from 1999 to 2001. In 2002, they became an IT and Support Services Manager at Affiliated Computer Services. From 2006 to 2011, Andy served as the Director of Business Operations at CPC Clinical Research. Andy then joined Vision Technologies in 2011, where they held the position of VP Federal Operations, West Coast and Program Manager for the Western Area Power Administration Contract until 2017. Since 2017, Andy has been working at Innovative Management Concepts, Inc. as the VP Federal Projects and Program Manager for the Western Area Power Administration.

Andy Hartman received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado State University between 1992 and 1996. Later, from 2002 to 2006, Hartman pursued a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Telecommunications Management and Policy at the University of Denver. In addition, Hartman obtained a Masters degree in Organizational Leadership and Technology Management from the University of Denver, which spanned from 2002 to 2007.
