Theodore Sasser

Theodore Sasser has a diverse range of work experience. Theodore started their career as a Production Manager and Acting Production Manager at Bobby Likis Car Clinic from 2013 to 2016. Following that, they worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of West Florida in 2017. Theodore then served as a Substitute Teacher at the Escambia County School District from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, Theodore joined TEKsystems as a Junior Developer, where they specialized in web development using ExtJS, Java, Oracle SQL, and Docker. Theodore supported the development and maintenance of the U.S. Air Force Enterprise Environment Safety and Occupational Health Management Information System (EESOH-MIS) project. In the same year, they moved to Mission Services LLC (MSI) as a Developer, where they continued to work on the EESOH-MIS project. Their responsibilities included developing new features and performing maintenance as a Full Stack Developer using ExtJS, Java, Oracle SQL, and Docker. Since 2020, Theodore has been working at Innovative Management Concepts, Inc. as a Programmer. Theodore has been involved in full stack development using JavaScript, ExtJS, Java, REST API, Oracle SQL, Docker, and Spring for web application development. Additionally, they have gained experience as a Team Lead and Scrum Master, leading a cross-functional Agile team to overcome complex issues and meet deadlines. Theodore has been actively involved in supporting the development and maintenance of the U.S. Air Force Enterprise Environment Safety and Occupational Health Management Information System (EESOH-MIS) project. Theodore Sasser has a strong educational background in the field of Information Technology and Computer Science/Software Engineering. Theodore obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering from the University of West Florida between 2011 and 2015. Following that, they pursued further education and completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Cybersecurity from the same university between 2015 and 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Theodore Sasser has also obtained a certification as a Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. in September 2020.
