Armando Quispe

Armando Quispe serves as the Workforce Development Section Head at the Training and Education Command since November 2021, and concurrently holds the position of Military Analyst at Innovative Reasoning, LLC since September 2018. Quispe's extensive military background includes a tenure as an Active Duty Marine at Headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps from January 2010 to July 2018, as well as an earlier service period with DOD USMC from July 1988 to July 2018. Armando Quispe is an alumnus of the University of Maryland Global Campus.
