Nelcida Rodriguez

Nelcida Rodriguez is the CEO and Founder of Innovative Scholars, a position held since August 2017. Previously, Rodriguez served as the Director of Professional Learning at McGraw Hill from October 2016 to February 2017, where a transition of the Red Bird Advanced Learning program was managed. Prior experience includes the role of Regional Director for North Territory at Redbird Advanced Learning from July 2014 to September 2016, focusing on technology-enhanced educational solutions. Earlier career highlights include an Area Manager position at Rocket Group from July 2009 to July 2014, which involved implementing innovative blended learning models and leading outreach campaigns, as well as a Senior Program Manager role overseeing a successful tutoring program. Nelcida Rodriguez holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech, Language & Hearing Science – Communication Science & Disorders from Temple University.
