Lacy Pepe

Lacy Pepe began their career as a Recruiter at IST Management Services in October 2008 and transitioned to the role of Marketing Supervisor at IST Management in May 2009. Lacy later took on roles as Social Media Manager and Digital Marketing Communications Manager, eventually becoming the National Director of Digital Marketing Communications in December 2021. Additionally, they worked as a Marketing Consultant starting in June 2014.

Lacy Pepe completed an Associate's Degree in Marketing Management from West Central Technical College in 2009 and later pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management at Southern New Hampshire University from 2016 to 2018. In addition, Lacy obtained certifications in Digital Advertising from HubSpot Academy in 2024, Advanced Google Analytics in 2020, Google Analytics for Beginners in 2020, and became a Hootsuite Certified Professional in 2015.
