Ryan Hart

Ryan Hart, Treasurer, is the Chief External Affairs Officer at the Port of Vancouver. He has more than two decades of experience in governmental relations and organizational development. He graduated from Washington State University with a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, and his master’s degree in Organizational Development and Training from Oregon State University.
