Debra Hendren

Debra has been with Innovative Staff Solutions since 2010. She has 34 years of experience in the areas of workers’ compensation and risk management. Throughout her career, she has been successful in helping clients reduce lost time days and OSHA recordable claims. Debra spent nine years working for a nationally known third-party administrator, served as office manager for a law office specializing in worker’s compensation, personal injury, and medical malpractice, and served as the Business Health Services Manager for the largest multi-specialty medical facility in Central Illinois. Debra’s responsibilities at Innovative Staff Solutions include risk management and unemployment insurance. Debra attended Danville Area Community College, and enjoys volunteering and running.
