MaryJane Kolic

MaryJane Kolic has over 25 years of work experience. MaryJane started their career in 1994 as a New Markets & Technical Recruiter at McCaw Cellular Communications/AT&T Wireless, where they developed strategies to staff the company's expansion into new markets. From 1999 to 2004, they worked at AT&T Mobility as a Manager of Customer Experience, Quality Assurance, and Best Practices, as well as a Project Manager in Information Technology. MaryJane then joined Cingular/AT&T Mobility as a Senior Project Manager from 2006 to 2009. In 2009, MaryJane founded MJ Kolic Associates, a consulting firm that provided workforce and career consulting services. MaryJane served as the Founder and CEO until 2012. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Project Manager at invivodata/eResearch Technologies. In 2013, MaryJane became the Vice President of Human Resources at FinScan and Innovative Systems, Inc., where they also held the role of Director of Global Staffing. MaryJane currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Innovative Systems, Inc.
