Matúš Michalík

Matúš Michalík has a diverse work experience in the field of quality assurance and testing. Matúš began their career in 2012 as an IT Tester at Erste Group IT SK, spol s.r.o, where they were responsible for designing and creating templates for structured bank documents. Matúš utilized the PrintNet Designer program and programming tools such as MS Office and C language constructs. Matúš also conducted installations, tested functionality, and documented their work.

In 2014, Matúš joined Vúb banka as an IT Tester, where they continued their work in testing and quality assurance until 2016.

From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Quality Assurance Tester at Thirtyseventy Digital, further enhancing their skills in testing and ensuring the quality of digital products.

In 2017, Matúš joined Kistler Group as a Test Developer. Matúš held this position until 2020 and was involved in developing and implementing testing strategies to ensure product quality.

Currently, they work at Innovatrics as a QA Engineer, a position they have held since February 2021.

Matúš Michalík completed their education in a chronological manner. From 2002 to 2010, they attended Spojená škola, Tilgnerova 14, where they studied Anglický jazyk a literatura (English language and literature). Then, from 2010 to 2016, they attended Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave, where they earned the degree of Inžinír (Ing.) in Informačný manažment (Information management).

In addition to their formal education, Matúš Michalík obtained certifications from the ISTQB® - International Software Testing Qualifications Board. Matúš became a Certified Tester - Foundation Level in October 2018 and obtained the Certified Tester - Foundation Level Agile Tester Extension certification in September 2019.
