Olga Prykhno

Olga is a highly-skilled professional with more than 20 years of experience. Her expertise includes financial management (manufacturing, distribution, construction, consulting) and accounting (document flow automation, financial accounting). She is a highly motivated person, oriented toward results and professional growth.

Prior to Innovecs, Olga worked as a Board member for Ukrainian manufacturing holding with the main goals to implement strong international competencies such as IFRS audit, develop financial function strategy and internal audit standards based on PWC principles.

Also, she worked for one of the biggest Ukrainian pharmaceutical holdings and for a retail chain as Chief Financial Officer and was CFO/CIO [Investment] in a construction holding where she was responsible for financial management and investment strategy.

As a kmbs consultant, she consulted many Ukrainian companies, aimed to develop financial strategies, business modeling, accounting, shareholder reporting, BSC systems, and support the organization of international audit processes.

Olga trained at Kellogg Business School (Chicago), CEIBS (Shanghai), MIT (Munich), participated in study-business tours in Silicon Valley, China & Singapore programs.

Olga was twice ranked among the “Top 20 CFOs of Ukraine” in 2010 and 2013, according to the “The Companion Group” publishing house.

She earned her MBA degree in Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, made her Masters in IT Management in LvBS, and expanded her financial expertise at KIMI and the Security Institute of London.
