Janalyn Niemeier

Janalyn Niemeier is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent administration and recruitment. Currently serving as the Human Resources and Talent Administration Manager at Innovenn, Inc. since November 2018, Janalyn previously held the role of Human Resources Business Partner at American Girl from June 2014 to July 2018, where significant accomplishments included leading seasonal recruitment strategies resulting in over 450 hires.
