Bill Hoeker

Bill Hoeker is a seasoned operations and manufacturing professional with extensive experience in driving profitability and efficiency across various roles in the technology and medical device sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Innovent Technologies, Bill focuses on continuous improvement and process adherence. Previously, Bill held positions including Manager of Contract Manufacturing & Operations at Miraki Innovation, where strategic operational frameworks were established for a biomedical start-up, and Program Manager at Columbia Tech, where successful program launches generated significant annual revenue. Bill co-founded C2 Medical, LLC as Chief Operating Officer, building a contract manufacturing business and developing quality systems. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Finance from Bentley University and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.
