Ravindra Chavan

Having pursued his post-graduation in ‘Personal Management and Industry Relations’ from Pune University, Ravindra holds 31 years of work experience with Government of Maharashtra in its apex training institutes like YASHADA and BARTI at key positions. He has a rich experience of planning, executing and monitoring various projects with UNDP, Unicef, ILO and Government of India during his previous job.

Ravindra joined the company in June 2006 as Director, Human Resources and Administration. He is committed to values like Gender Equality, Social Justice and Equality; and tries his best to inculcate them while designing policies for the organization.

Apart from his work, he mentors aspirants for various Civil Services examinations. He also promotes and facilitates entrepreneurship among youths with his vast network.
