Yair Pichersky has been working in the engineering field since 2014. yair began their career as a Project Engineer at the Technological Unit - IDF in 2014. In 2016, they moved to EndoSpan as a Mechanical Engineer. Since 2017, they have been working at Innoventric as a Research and Development Project Manager and R&D Engineer.

Yair Pichersky obtained an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between 2011 and 2015, and also obtained a degree of 86 from the same university during the same time period.
