Brian Hines has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Brian began their career as an Assistant Manager at The North Face in 1991 and worked there until 1995. Brian then joined ADP as an Account Representative for a year before moving on to UnionBank/Centrue Bank, where they worked as a Credit Analyst/Loan Review Specialist from 1996 to 2000.

In 2000, Hines became the Controller at Galaxy Communications, Inc., where they were responsible for all accounting and payroll. Following this role, they joined Clover Technologies Group, LLC as the VP of Finance, overseeing financial operations and contributing to significant revenue growth.

In 2008, Hines held two concurrent positions. Brian worked as a Consultant at AmCheck of Chicago, providing outsourced payroll and HR solutions, and also served as a CFO for Environmental Technical Institute, a vocational school.

Hines then joined Hard Core Brands International, LLC in 2011 as the CFO before transitioning to Innovia Consulting in 2016. At Innovia Consulting, they started as an Application Consultant and quickly progressed to the role of Director of Finance. Currently, Hines holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Innovia Consulting.

Throughout their career, Hines has demonstrated their expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and leadership, contributing to the growth and success of the organizations they have worked for.

Brian Hines attended Ottawa High School from 1983 to 1987. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Eastern Illinois University from 1989 to 1991.
