Steven Chen

Steven Chen is an experienced professional in business development and sales management, currently serving as the Business Development Manager for Greater China at Innovia Films since March 2018. In this role, Steven is responsible for maintaining customer relations, promoting products, negotiating contracts, and addressing customer complaints. Prior to Innovia Films, Steven held the position of Senior Sales Manager at Hauni Maschinenbau GmbH for over a decade, where responsibilities included introducing tobacco processing machines to key customers, managing client relationships, and overseeing project logistics. Steven holds a Master of Management from Massey University and a bachelor's degree in International Business Management from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology.
