Michael Byrnes

Michael Byrnes serves as the Director of OEM Sales for InstruSafe®, a brand of Innovia Medical, since October 2025, specializing in surgical instrument protection solutions. Previously, Michael held various roles including Business Development Manager at Avid International Molding Solutions and Technical Business Development Manager at Phillips-Medisize. Michael's experience also includes positions such as Regional Sales Manager at ARBURG, Inc., and Business Development Manager at Vital Plastics, Inc., along with leadership as Chief Operating Officer at 5 Fold Agency. Michael began a career in engineering with roles as a Technical Sales Engineer and Project Engineer, following an educational background that includes a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology with a Plastics Concentration from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
