Diego Figueroa has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Diego started their career at Universidad del Valle de Guatemala as an Asesor Científico en Sección de Extensión y Emprendimiento Académico from August 2016 to August 2017.

Diego then joined DHL Express España as a Sales - Intern from February 2018 to July 2018, where they focused on after-sales service, customer service, conflict resolution, quote generation, and client prospecting.

In 2019, Diego joined Herolens (Part of Innovid) as a Customer Success Manager from April 2019 to September 2019, and then continued their career at Innovid. At Innovid, they served as a Technical Project Manager, focusing on account management for Europe and Latin America, strategic consultation for DCO campaigns, and customer service for high-profile clients. Diego also took on the responsibility of being a point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
