Erynn Pannell has a strong background in talent acquisition and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Erynn currently works at Innovid as the Manager of Talent & Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Prior to their current role, they were a Professional Member at The Black In HR (TM). Erynn also has experience as a Technical Recruiter at Google and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Emergent Holdings. Additionally, they have worked at General Motors, Stefanini Brasil, Eberspaecher, and Robert Half in various talent acquisition and HR roles.
Erynn Pannell has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management, Human Resources Management, and Labor Relations from Wayne State University. Prior to university, they completed the Computer Programming Curriculum at Cass Technical High School.
In 2017, Erynn obtained a certification in Behavioral Interviews from AudioSolutionZ. In 2018, they became a Certified Predictive Index Analyst through The Predictive Index. In 2020, they obtained several certifications including Certified Military Veteran Recruiter and Certified Diversity & Inclusion Recruiter from AIRS powered by ADP, as well as the Certified Recruiting Professional (CRP) from the Recruitment Education Institute.
Currently, Erynn is pursuing a Dual MBA and MSMKT degree in Organizational Resilience from Walsh College, starting in 2023 and expected to complete it in 2026.
