Kylan Tang has extensive work experience in the field of client services and operations, particularly in the APAC region.

Kylan is currently serving as the Senior Director of Client Services & Operations, APAC at Innovid since February 2023. In this role, they are responsible for leading the go-to-market strategy and product development for major advertisers in the region, such as Tiffany & Co, Microsoft, and McDonald’s. Before joining Innovid, Kylan worked at Omnicom Media Group as an Activation Account Director from February 2018 to August 2019. Kylan handled media planning and activation for McDonald’s in Australia, managing an annual budget of over 20 million AUD. From 2016 to 2017, Kylan worked at Havas Asia Pacific in two different roles. First, as a Senior Regional Programmatic Trader, they led a team of traders across APAC, mentor and trained them on campaign optimization and best practices. Kylan also contributed to the development of a proprietary Meta-DSP solution and provided strategic planning and post-campaign review for key accounts such as BNP Paribas, Emirates Airline, and Swarovski. Later, they worked as a Regional Programmatic Trader, managing programmatic campaigns and collaborating with various technology partners and publishers.

In 2015, Kylan worked at Resolution Media as a Platform Coordinator. Here, they specialized in search engine marketing (SEM) and paid social campaign management for global hotel chains. Kylan maintained strong client relationships and stayed updated on industry trends.

Prior to that, they served as an Account Manager at Baidu International Advertising Unit from July 2014 to June 2015. After a gap of two years, Kylan went on to pursue a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Marketing at Murdoch University from 2012 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Kylan also obtained various certifications. They received certifications from The Trade Desk, Inc., including Trading Academy Certified - Specialist and Trading Academy Certified - Strategist in July 2018, and Trading Academy Certified - Connected TV in July 2019. They also obtained Edge Academy Certified: Data-Driven Planning certification from The Trade Desk in May 2020.

Furthermore, Kylan acquired certifications in digital advertising platforms such as DoubleClick AdX for Buyers Fundamentals and DoubleClick Bid Manager Fundamentals from DoubleClick in April 2016.
