Nadya Sandler

Nadya Sandler has over 14 years of work experience in various roles. Nadya is currently working at Innovid as the Senior Director of Engineering Operations, where they collaborate with engineering VPs on tasks such as engineering performance, cost reductions, and product collaboration improvements.

Prior to Innovid, Nadya worked at Arm, where they served as the Principal Program Manager, managing global customer projects and leading engagement in large bid proposal projects. Nadya also held the position of Senior Support Manager, managing Service Continuity and Support for the IoT Pelion Device Management team, and implementing operational flows and tools to meet SLAs.

Before Arm, Nadya worked at Kenshoo as the Tier 3 Support Team Lead, overseeing a team of four and acting as a support liaison between customers, Product Management, R&D, and Business units. At Sizmek, they held the roles of Support Tier 3 DB and Analytics expert, where they provided support, mentoring, and implemented procedures for the team, and Senior DB QA Engineer, responsible for testing DB processes and analytic tools.

Nadya's earlier experience includes working at Voltaire as a QA Engineer, where they conducted manual and automatic testing of network hardware equipment and software, created test plans, and ran automatic test scripts.

Nadya Sandler completed their MBA in statistics from the University of Haifa from 1999 to 2001. In 2021, they attended a workshop at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where they studied advanced project management methodologies and prepared for a PMP certification. Nadya Sandler also obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in October 2021.
