Simon Just Grandorf is an experienced professional in supply chain analysis and development, currently serving as Teamleder at Coop i Danmark since October 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Supply Chain Analyst in Group Planning and Logistics and Business Transformation at Toms Gruppen A/S, where Simon led key projects such as Product Transfer Plans and planning system setups. Key competencies encompass project management, bill of material analysis, financial impact assessments, and supply chain strategy development, along with expertise in SAP R/3, SAP APO, and business intelligence tools. Simon holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing and Management from DTU - Technical University of Denmark, along with prior experience in masonry and military service in the Royal Danish Navy.
