Stephen Cook

Stephen is General Counsel at Innovid and has overall responsibility for legal and regulatory matters. Prior to joining Innovid, Stephen was general counsel and corporate secretary at a number of listed companies in the technology and media sectors and was also a corporate partner in private practice, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.
