Job Description:

As a Salesforce Tester/Developer at Innovior, you will play a crucial role in guaranteeing the integrity and functionality of our Salesforce platform. You will collaborate closely with our development and business teams to design, execute, and automate test cases to ensure a seamless user experience for our clients and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications.
  • Execute manual and automated test scripts to verify the functionality, performance, and security of Salesforce features.
  • Identify and report defects, and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and user stories.
  • Participate in sprint planning and review meetings to provide testing estimates and updates.
  • Perform regression testing to ensure that new changes do not negatively impact existing functionalities.
  • Continuously improve and expand test coverage through exploratory testing.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices and testing methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Tester or Quality Assurance Analyst.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and its various modules.
  • Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar.
  • Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) is a plus.
