Ricarda Lara S.

Ricarda Lara S. currently serves as Head of Operations at Innovis VC in Milan since March 2023, alongside a role as a VC Analyst. Previously, Ricarda worked as a Consultant for NGOs and Social Enterprises at 180 Degrees Consulting Milan from September 2023 to February 2024, and completed an internship in Marketing at Welcome Homes in August 2022. Education includes attendance at Università Bocconi from 2022 to 2025, where studies are ongoing, and completion of the International Baccalaureate at Munich International School e.V. from August 2020 to May 2022, following studies at Phillips Academy from September 2018 to June 2020.
