Permender Malik is currently the Vice President of Skills Development at INNOVISION Limited. Prior to this role, Permender held various positions in the Defence sector, including Director of Equipment Management and Operations at Defence and Director of Equipment and Operations Manager at the Ministry of Defence of India. With a background in strategy development, operations management, and logistics, Permender has a wealth of experience in leading large teams, executing projects, and enhancing operational efficiency. Graduating with an Executive MBA from FMS, Delhi and IIM, Lucknow, Permender has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset throughout their career.
