Paul Marsters

Paul Marsters is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, compliance, and technology across various sectors, including financial services and healthcare. Currently serving as a Senior Lecturer at Edge Hill University since January 2022, Paul also holds multiple advisory roles focused on digital regulation and transformation, specifically in the Financial Crime Compliance and Healthcare Regulation sectors. Expertise extends to driving product growth for Sigma Ratings, advising healthcare and consumer product companies at Innovit, and previously facilitating digital transformation for Fenergo in the MENA region. Additionally, Paul has a strong background in forensic technology from tenure at EY, complemented by previous roles at Reckitt Benckiser and NCB. Paul Marsters earned a BA(Hons) in Business from Liverpool John Moores University.
