Yatish Saxena

Yatish Saxena has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Yatish is currently working at Innoviti Technologies as the Chief Operating Officer, where they focus on scaling up the business and improving customer experience. Prior to that, they worked at udaan.com as the Head of Account Management & Experience, where they were responsible for defining and executing strategies to drive scalability and cost-efficiency. Before that, Yatish was the Head of Asset Business Operations & Experience at OYO, managing business, revenue, and customer experience for India Smart Business. Yatish also held the position of National Head of Customer Experience at RIVIGO, where they were responsible for ensuring superior customer experience through strategic framework and execution. Yatish has also worked at Jio as the Vertical Head of Acquisition & Onboarding, Tata Teleservices Ltd as the Hub Head of Acquisition, Collection & Retention, and Reliance Communications as the Cluster Head of Ops- Customer Life Cycle. Throughout their career, Yatish has focused on revenue enhancement, cost optimization, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Yatish Saxena completed their Executive Program in Leadership and Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in 2018. In 2001, they obtained their PGDBM degree in Business Administration and Management from an unspecified institution. Before that, from 1997 to 2000, Yatish studied at Meeut College Meeurt, where they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in the field of Law. Yatish also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Chemistry and Zoology from Meerut College Meerut, which they attained from 1992 to 1995. In addition to their degrees, Yatish Saxena has obtained several certifications related to Lean Six Sigma and Operational Excellence, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma Foundations, Lean Six Sigma: Define and Measure Tools, Operational Excellence Foundations, Operational Excellence Work-Out and Kaizen Facilitator, and Six Sigma Foundations.
