Mike Dorey

With over 25 years of experience in structuring, negotiating, and closing strategic transactions, Mike is supporting Innovius in crafting creative patent acquisition and licensing solutions for its clients. He also provides legal guidance and counsel to support the growth and success of other Marconi platforms.

Before joining Marconi, Mike was a partner in the Dallas-based boutique transactional law firm, Lidji, Dorey & Hooper, representing start-ups to established companies across a broad range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, securitizations, and other strategic transactions. He began his career as an associate with the workout and restructuring practice of Johnson & Gibbs, a national Dallas-based law firm.

Mike holds a Juris Doctor from the Syracuse University College of Law, where he graduated Cum Laude, and a BS in Business-Accounting from Indiana University.
