Marcie Cain

Marcie Cain is an experienced Chief People Officer with a strong background in human resources across various sectors, including medical technology and biopharmaceuticals. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Innoviva since September 2023, Marcie previously held the same role at Beta Bionics, where responsibilities included being a trusted advisor to the CEO while managing the growth of the organization. Marcie has also worked as Senior Vice President, Head of US Human Resources at MorphoSys AG, where the focus was on developing HR functions for oncology drug approval and launch.
