The board of directors at Innoviva has a history of experience with different types of companies and organizations within the engineering industry. They have experience working with large companies, such as InCarda Therapeutics and INOVIO Pharmaceuticals, Inc., as well as experience with smaller startups, like RoosterBio Inc. This allows them to bring a wealth of knowledge and insight to the table when making decisions for Innoviva. Additionally, all members of the board have received education from prestigious universities, such as Rutgers University, in Subjects like industrial engineering. This allows the board to make informed decisions about the company's future.
