Catrine Blickfeldt

Catrine Blickfeldt is an accomplished Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR management, payroll processing, and administrative support. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Innovive since November 2021, Catrine oversees full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, compliance, performance reviews, and employee relations while also managing HR KPIs and data. Previous roles include HR Specialist and Office Manager at A.O. Reed & Co., where Catrine specialized in payroll and HR project management, and additional experience as an Administrative Assistant supporting executives in various organizations. Catrine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from San Diego State University and is pursuing a Certificate in Human Resources Management from UC San Diego.
