Lisa Roberts has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Lisa started their career in 1987 at Envigo RMS Inc., where they served as the Global Customer Service Manager until 2016. In this role, Lisa was responsible for designing an upgrade to the JDE Sales Order Management system, impacting users worldwide. Lisa also implemented process improvements that reduced costs and labor. After their time at Envigo RMS Inc., Lisa joined Harlan Laboratories as a Customer Service Manager from 1987 to 2012. Lisa then moved on to become the Director of Customer Service, RMS, North America at Envigo (formerly Harlan Laboratories) from 1987 to 2021. Lisa also had a stint as an Isagenix Consultant from 2019 to 2023. Currently, Lisa holds the position of Director of Customer Service and Support at Innovive.

Lisa Roberts obtained their high school diploma from Knightstown High School in 1986. During their time in high school, they were enrolled in the honors program and focused on studying science, math, and business. In 1986, they briefly attended IUPUI, but did not complete a degree. While at IUPUI, Lisa Roberts pursued studies in business.
