Martin Gurovich

Martin Gurovich has extensive experience in the technology industry, primarily in research and development (R&D) roles. Martin is currently serving as the Director of R&D at Innoviz Technologies since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of VP R&D at Venus Concept from January 2021 to December 2022.

Before joining Venus Concept, Martin worked at EL Global/Sensica for ten years, starting in 2011, where they held the role of VP R&D, Operations, and Regulations.

From 2006 to 2010, they served as the Director of Detection Systems, R&D at Optigo. Prior to that, they worked as an R&D Program Manager at RADA from 2003 to 2006.

Martin then pursued an MBA in Hi-Tech Management and Business Administration at the same institution from 2005 to 2007. In 2014, Martin completed their M.Sc. in Electro-Optics at Holon Institute of Technology. Additionally, they studied Applied Physics at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2002 to 2003, although no specific degree was mentioned.
