Katie Knight

Katie Knight is currently working as a recruitment at Innovo. Before that, they worked as the Head of Talent at Innovo Technology Solutions from July 2021 to August 2022.

Prior to their work at Innovo, Katie worked as the Senior Talent Acquisition-Strategic Sourcing at Cartology from February 2021 to May 2021. There, they were responsible for sourcing digital talent for the company's various brands and functions.

Katie has a deep knowledge of the digital and tech market, and is skilled in developing customised outcomes across each brand and function. Katie is also experienced in proactively sourcing hard to find talent.

Katie Knight completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Portsmouth. Katie then attended Windsor Girls School.
