Alyshia Ravida, MHA has a comprehensive work experience spanning from 2013 to 2022. Alyshia began their career in 2013 as a Practice Operations Specialist at Allegheny Health Network. After that, they worked as a Regional Practice Manager at Highmark Inc. from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they became the Manager of Outpatient Centers at St. Clair Hospital. In 2017, they joined the Peters Township Chamber of Commerce as a Board Member. From 2019 to 2021, they held various roles including ValueBased Reimbursement Strategist at UPMC Health Plan, Communication Chair at AAHAM Three Rivers Chapter, and President of the University of Pittsburgh Health Policy Management Alumni Association. In 2021, they began working as an Instructor of Value Based Reimbursement at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. Currently, they are the Vice President of AAHAM Pennsylvania Three Rivers Chapter and Director of Partner Analytics at Innovu.

Alyshia Ravida, MHA obtained their Master of Health Administration from the University of Pittsburgh in 2009, majoring in Health and Policy Management. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Slippery Rock University in 2007, majoring in Health Care Management.
