Kellie Reye, SHRM-SCP

Kellie Reye, SHRM-SCP has been working in Human Resources since 2013. Kellie started their career at Citrix as an Intern, Talent Acquisition in 2013 and then moved to Project Coordinator, Talent Management in 2014. In 2014, they joined Net Health as a Human Resources Coordinator and worked their way up to Human Resources Generalist II and Organizational Development Specialist & HRBP. In 2019, they joined Aurora as an HR Manager and then moved up to Senior People Business Partner and Staff People Business Partner. Most recently, they were appointed as Director of Human Resources at Innovu in 2022.

Kellie Reye holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Human Resource Management from Appalachian State University, obtained in 2014. Kellie also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology from The Ohio State University, obtained in 2011. In 2018, Kellie was certified as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) by SHRM. In 2017, they obtained a DDI Facilitator Certification from Development Dimensions International in June, a Situational Leadership II Certified Trainer from Ken Blanchard in March, and in 2016, they obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
