Missy Flower is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at The Shubert Organization since August 2025, Missy previously held the position of Chief People Officer at the Brooklyn Academy of Music from December 2022 to August 2025. Before this, Missy was the Chief Administrative Officer at HELP USA, a national leader in housing and homeless services, from January 2017 to December 2022.
