Ian Crockard has an extensive background in the licensed trade industry, starting from his first job as a barman at The Starre Inn to becoming the Managing Director of Innpacked Ltd. Throughout his career, Ian has managed a chain of pubs and nightclubs, specialized in licensing applications, and obtained a Diploma in Hotel and Catering Management from Motherwell Technical College.
