Gerardo Sosa

Gerardo Sosa has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Gerardo began their career in 2005 as a Customer Service Representative at Convergys, where they provided technical and sales support to customers. Gerardo then moved up to the role of Senior Technical Specialist, handling escalations and managing ticket backlogs. Later, they became an Operations Supervisor and Team Manager, responsible for performance action plans, payroll, and contractual obligations. In 2018, Sosa joined Momentum Telecom as a Senior Project Manager, focusing on provisioning. Gerardo successfully fulfilled this role until April 2021. Following that, they became the General Manager at SosaBPO Agency in April 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Project Manager at innRoad since February 2022.
