Joshua R. Hollander serves as Chief Executive Officer for North America at Horton International, leading a team in executive search with a focus on fintech and insurtech sectors. As a co-founder and Vice President of the InsurTech Association, Joshua supports innovation in the insurance industry. Additionally, Joshua hosts the Insurtech Leadership Podcast, interviews leaders from the insurtech space, and fills strategic advisory roles at the Nassau Re/Imagine Incubator Program and InnSure. Joshua's extensive background includes leadership positions in sales and marketing across various companies, supported by a strong academic foundation with a BA in Economics from Williams College.
