Debra Lilley

Debra Lilley has a diverse work experience in various companies and organizations. In their current role at Inoapps, they serve as the VP Delivery Growth and Excellence. Debra is also a Board Member at ODTUG. In 2015, they became a Chartered and Fellow at the Institute of Directors. From 2019 to 2022, they took on the role of President at Deptherapy, an English charity. Prior to that, they worked at Accenture as the Accenture Oracle Business Group Europe - HCM Practice Lead and later as an Associate Director. Debra also held the position of Vice President Certus Cloud Solutions at Certus Solutions from 2014 to 2018. In addition, they served in various roles at UKOUG, including Member Advocate Board Position, Council Member, and President. Debra was also a member of the International Oracle Usergroup Council. Earlier in their career, they worked at DCL as an independent consultant and at Fujitsu as an Oracle Alliance Director and Principal Consultant.

Debra Lilley attended Wallington High School for Girls from 1975 to 1976. Debra obtained additional certifications including Oracle ACE Director from Oracle in August 2008 and Chartered Director IOD from IOD in December 2006.
