Jakub Šimkovič

Jakub Šimkovič is an experienced project manager with a strong background in public financing and scientific research. Currently serving as Project Manager for Public Financing at InoBat since June 2021, Jakub previously held positions at St. Anne's University Hospital Brno and the Slovak Centre of Scientific and Technical Information as a Project Manager and National Contact Point for Horizon 2020, respectively. Early career roles include editing at EurActiv.sk and internships at the Aspen Institute Prague and Czech Centres. Jakub's academic credentials include a Master of Science in History from The University of Edinburgh, a Ph.D. in Slavic Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from Charles University, a Master’s Degree in International Relations from the Prague University of Economics and Business, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the same institution.
