Danilo Hauch

Danilo Hauch is a seasoned professional in the fields of research, technology, and engineering. Currently serving as the Business Unit Manager for Research & Technology at iNOEX since May 2024, Danilo previously held the position of Key Specialist in PMO Data & Analytics at Valmet Automotive from December 2023 to May 2024. Prior experience includes a significant role at Sono Motors GmbH as Group Lead Agile & How-Lead and Head of Simulations, where responsibilities encompassed enabling teams, budget management, and overseeing technical tasks related to crash safety and simulations. Danilo began their career at EDAG Group, advancing from a Working Student to Project Lead CAE, focusing on structural crash design and team leadership. Danilo's expertise in simulation engineering was further honed at Webasto Group, contributing to interdisciplinary strategy development and project supervision. Danilo holds a Master of Science degree in Development and Production and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Hochschule Osnabrück.
