Jennifer Yi Boyer

Jennifer Yi Boyer is Inogen’s EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer. Jennifer is playing a critical role in improving Inogen’s organizational effectiveness to elevate inter- and cross-departmental efficiency and productivity, as well as modernizing talent acquisition, retention and development across the board. Her efforts are focused on enabling their strategic imperatives in support of their growth goals and their envisioned culture.

Jennifer brings to the company 25 years of strategic and transformational HR leadership experience with deep expertise in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Organization Effectiveness, Transformational Leadership, DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), and workforce planning. Her work has been recognized by the Society for HR Management for innovation in HR and she was recently recognized as one of the top 100 DEI Leaders by Mogul

Jennifer obtained her undergraduate degree from Cornell University, her Masters’ degree from Seton Hall University and completed an Executive Leadership Certificate at the JFK School of Government at Harvard University.
