Michael J. Fevola

Michael Fevola currently serves as Vice President of Research & Development at Inolex, a company dedicated to designing sustainable ingredients for health, beauty, and wellness. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc., including Research Director & Fellow for Global Skin Care Innovation Platforms, where responsibilities included leading technology solutions for multiple product categories. Michael's earlier tenure at Johnson & Johnson Consumer & Personal Products Worldwide included roles as Associate Research Director, Associate Director, and Manager focused on Polymer & Surface Chemistry and new technologies. Michael earned a Ph.D. in Polymer Science & Engineering from The University of Southern Mississippi and a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Delaware.
