Rhonda Blake, MBA

Rhonda Blake, MBA has held a variety of roles in the field of Environment, Health and Safety since 2000. Rhonda began their career as Safety and Sanitation Director at Archer Daniels Midland Company in 2000. In 2007, they moved to Foamex as an EHS Coordinator. In 2011, they were hired as an EHS Analyst at Eaton and then in 2014, they were promoted to EHS Sr. Analyst at United Technologies. From 2019 to 2022, Rhonda held the role of Environment, Health and Safety Manager at Avient Corporation. Rhonda currently holds the same role at INOLEX.

Rhonda Blake, MBA obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Biology, General from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte between 1991 and 1996. Rhonda then went on to obtain their Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Queens University of Charlotte between 2016 and 2018. Additionally, in May 2020, Rhonda obtained a certification in Fighting Gender Bias at Work from LinkedIn.
