Lindy Vaught

Lindy Vaught has extensive experience in talent acquisition, human resources, and faculty roles. Lindy currently holds the position of Adjunct Faculty at the Kelley School of Business Indianapolis, starting in 2024. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Inotiv from 2022 onwards. From 2021 to 2022, they served as the Regional Human Resources at Canon Business Process Services. Lindy also worked at First Merchants Corporation as the Assistant Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner from 2018 to 2021, where they managed various HR functions and projects. Before that, they were a Talent Acquisition Manager at Indiana University Health from 2016 to 2018, and an Assistant Vice President, Recruiting Manager at PNC Financial Services Group from 2005 to 2015. Lindy's early experience includes working as a Human Resources Manager at Archer Land Title from 2000 to 2005.

Lindy Vaught earned a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Franklin University from 2010 to 2012. Lindy also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Indiana University Indianapolis. Additionally, Lindy has certifications including SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in 2019, and the Excel with LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment from LinkedIn, obtained in 2022. Lindy is also a Certified Diversity Recruiter, but the date of obtaining that certification is unknown.
