Michael O'Connor

Michael O'Connor has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries and roles. Michael is currently the Vice President of Global Government Affairs at Inotiv. Prior to that, they worked at Eli Lilly and Company for 12 years as the Associate Vice President of State Government Affairs, where they led the company's corporate affairs efforts. Before Eli Lilly, they were a Principal at Bose Public Affairs and held various positions in government, including Chief Deputy Mayor and Chief of Staff at the City of Indianapolis and Deputy Associate Administrator at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Michael also served as the Commissioner at the Indiana Department of Environmental Management, where they managed a large staff and implemented improvements to the environmental permitting process.

From 1982 to 1986, Michael O'Connor attended Indiana University Bloomington, where they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
